Check the mechanical seal: Check whether the model and specifications of the mechanical seal of the slurry pump are correct, and whether the dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy, and interrelationships of the parts related to the installation of the mechanical seal meet the technical requirements.
Keep clean: During the installation process, keep it clean and do not use tools to strike the seals to prevent damage.
Oil coating treatment: Apply a layer of clean oil and transparent oil on the surfaces of the moving and stationary rings. Before installing the auxiliary sealing rings (including the moving ring sealing ring and the stationary ring sealing ring), apply another layer of clean oil or transparent oil to ensure smooth installation.
Correct installation of seals: Place the static ring sealing ring around the back of the static ring and into the sealing end cover. Be careful not to damage the end face of the static ring, ensuring that it is perpendicular to the centerline of the end cover. Pay attention to aligning the anti rotation groove on the back of the static ring with the anti rotation pin, but do not touch it.
