Open the packing box: check if the packing has hardened, shattered, or has uneven axial wear.

Select specialized fillers such as carbon fiber impregnated with PTFE and aramid fiber, which are highly wear-resistant materials.

Press in one circle by one: pre tighten with a cover and loosen to ensure initial leakage.

Emergency response: The shaft sleeve can be temporarily rotated 180 °, utilizing the unworn surface.

Regular inspection: Check the compression of the packing every 500 hours, and add new packing when the wear exceeds 1/3 of the thickness.

Monitoring shaft runout: (≤0.05mm)， Exceeding the standard requires correction of rotor balance.

The above methods can significantly improve the problem of slurry leakage. If it still cannot be solved, it is necessary to check whether there are mechanical faults such as shaft bending or excessive bearing clearance in the pump body.
