Working principle: The slurry pump belongs to a type of centrifugal pump in physics, which conceptually refers to a machine that increases the energy of solid-liquid mixed media through the action of centrifugal force (rotation of the pump impeller). Transmission method: The main connection methods between the slurry pump and the motor are: DC、CR、CL、CV、ZV、BD。 In general, when the pump speed is the same as the motor speed, we use direct drive. Direct transmission is a direct drive that reduces the number of equipment accessories connected in the middle, and has the following characteristics: it reduces the energy loss of the middle transmission and has high efficiency; Simple operation and strong reliability; Reducing intermediate links in the equipment has lowered costs and saved resources. When the speed of the pump is not consistent with the speed of the motor, we usually use belt transmission. Belt transmission is also suitable for situations where the center distance between two axes is large, and has the following characteristics: smooth transmission; When overloaded, the belt will slip on the pulley, which can prevent damage to weak components and provide safety protection.
