Gray cast iron or ductile iron: The front and rear pump casings of the horizontal slurry pump are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, suitable for different working pressure conditions.

Double layered pump casing structure

This design is convenient for installation, maintenance, and adjustment of the outlet direction to adapt to different usage scenarios.

Design of overcurrent components: There is a labyrinth gap seal between the impeller and the rear guard plate, which can reduce the leakage of slurry to the packing box and improve the reliability of the seal; The impeller is equipped with back blades, which can timely discharge the backflow slurry, increase the volume ratio, reduce backflow and erosion, and improve the service life of overcurrent components.

Single shell slurry pump: The single shell structure is simpler and more cost-effective compared to the double-layer pump shell structure, making it suitable for some working conditions that do not require high structural complexity.

Optimization of bracket structure: The bracket structure is a horizontal open type, which has been optimized in terms of hydraulic and structural design to achieve a reasonable distribution of radial and axial forces. The correct selection of bearing form, model, cooling and lubrication methods has also been carried out to meet the requirements of low bearing heat generation and high service life, indirectly affecting the stability of the pump casing during operation.

There are various forms of shaft seals: the shaft seal device plays a sealing role between the pump body and the pump casing. Common forms of shaft seals include auxiliary impeller with packing seal, auxiliary impeller shaft seal, packing shaft seal, mechanical seal, etc., which can prevent air from entering the pump and a large amount of water from leaking out of the pump, ensuring the sealing performance of the pump casing.
