Professional training and qualification certificate: Operators must receive professional training and pass assessments to obtain operational qualification certificates, possessing corresponding professional knowledge and skills.
Physical health status: Should maintain good physical health and have no history of inhalation diseases.
Compliance with discipline and rules: It is necessary to abide by the discipline and safety rules of the workplace.
Preparation before operation
Workplace organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, ensuring unobstructed safety passages.
Equipment inspection: Check the operation status of the slurry pump equipment to ensure normal operation of the equipment; Before driving, perform the following checks on the slurry pump: check the liquid level in the incoming bucket (pool) and ensure that the upper incoming mesh is intact and not blocked. All components of the equipment should be complete and not loose or detached; Whether the oil quantity is sufficient for each lubrication condition, the oil quality is good and pure, and the sealing water supply is good; Before driving, the pulley or coupling should be manually rotated at least once. If it cannot be rotated, driving is strictly prohibited.
Verify work order: Clearly define work tasks and content.
Operating procedures for slurry pump equipment
Personal protective clothing: Operators should wear appropriate work clothes, safety helmets, and safety shoes.
Environmental condition confirmation: Confirm that the ambient temperature and gas concentration in the workplace meet safety standards, and ensure good ventilation around the equipment.
Standardize equipment operation: Operate the equipment according to the operation manual, including starting and stopping the equipment; The slurry pump start-up procedure shall strictly follow the procedure of opening the sealing water first and then the electric motor; When the slurry pump starts normally, the current should not exceed the rated value.
Parameter adjustment restriction: Unauthorized adjustment of device parameters or operating methods is prohibited.
During operation inspection: Pay attention to the sound, vibration, and temperature of the motor, closely monitor the lubrication and condition of the bearings, and promptly solve any problems found; Pay attention to the working principle of sealing water to ensure supply; The packing should be adjusted to fit the tightness. If it is too tight, it may cause overheating or even smoking, while if it is too loose, it may leak water or breathe; Closely communicate and cooperate with relevant positions, and control the appropriate discharge amount according to process requirements.
Handling of discharge volume issue: When insufficient discharge volume is found, check whether the triangle is too loose, whether the gap between the blade and the guard plate is too large, whether the impeller and packing are excessively worn, and whether the sealing water is sufficient. If any of the above problems are found, stop the machine for processing.
Work after equipment shutdown
Residual cleaning: After the equipment is shut down, promptly clean up residual slurry and debris.
Follow up inspection: Inspect the mechanical and electrical facilities, pipelines, and valves, and promptly handle any abnormalities found; Pay attention to checking the working condition of the packing. If there is serious leakage, it should be replaced. When adding new packing, ensure the quality of work to maximize the efficiency of the pump.
Equipment maintenance: Utilize parking time for equipment maintenance and handling issues that arise during operation.
Other regulatory requirements
Operation record: The operator needs to record the details of each operation according to the prescribed form.
Handover system: During the handover, provide a detailed explanation of the equipment operation status and precautions to the incoming personnel.
Personal protection and hygiene: Operators should keep their bodies clean, especially after the operation is completed; Take appropriate personal protective measures, such as wearing masks, gloves, etc; Regular health check ups are conducted to ensure good physical health.
Violation handling: If the operator discovers a violation, they should immediately stop it and report it to their superiors. It is strictly prohibited to cover it up; Violations of operating procedures will be subject to corresponding disciplinary action, and those with serious circumstances may have their operating qualifications revoked.
Revision of regulations: Once this operating procedure is formulated, it must be strictly followed and implemented. If there is a need for revision, it must be approved through relevant procedures and approved by superiors before implementation.
