Maintenance methods

1. Daily inspection: When the slurry pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and lifted in a ventilated and dry place, and attention should be paid to antifreeze. 3. Motor inspection: Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation decreases, please contact the after-sales service department. If the fastening screws become loose, please tighten them again.

4. Sealing ring inspection: After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, causing a decrease in the flow rate and efficiency of the water pump. The electric switch should be turned off, the water pump should be lifted, the bottom cover should be removed, the sealing ring should be removed, and the sealing ring should be matched according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally around 0.5mm.

Principle of replacement

1. Wear and tear situation: Some components are vulnerable parts, and in daily use, attention should be paid to the wear and tear of vulnerable parts, and they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
