Pump body related
Impeller: It is necessary to check the roundness, height, center, leak proof seal, blade adjustment structure, etc. of the impeller; At the same time, check whether the clearance between the impeller and the casing meets the requirements.
Pump shaft: Check the length of the pump shaft, the clearance between the stopper, the journal, and the bearing.
Other components
Operation oil pipe: The fitting size between the top of the operation oil pipe and the copper sleeve of the regulator must comply with the regulations.
Motor: Check the rotor shaft length, magnetic pole roundness, and stator inner diameter of the motor; The clearance between the thrust head and the motor shaft, as well as the fit between the connecting key and the keyway; Whether the clearance between the snap ring and the snap ring groove, as well as the mirror plate, meet the standards.
Installation foundation and connection acceptance
Basic aspects
The size, position, and elevation of the foundation should meet the design requirements, and the anchor bolts must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation. The machine should not have missing parts, damage, or rust.
Pipeline connection aspect
The installation of all pipelines and fittings connected to the slurry pump, as well as the cleaning requirements for lubricating oil pipelines, shall comply with the relevant national standards. The interior and ends of the pipeline should be cleaned and free of debris; The sealing surface and threads should not be damaged; The suction pipeline and output pipeline should have their own supports, and the pump should not directly bear the weight of the pipeline; The flange end faces connected to each other should be parallel; The axis of the threaded pipe joint should be aligned, and flange bolts or pipe joints should not be forcibly connected; After connecting the pipeline to the pump, the original alignment accuracy of the pump should be rechecked. If any deviation is found due to the pipeline connection, the pipeline should be adjusted; After connecting the pipeline to the pump, welding and gas cutting should not be performed on it; When welding and gas cutting are required, the pipeline should be removed or necessary measures should be taken, and welding slag should be prevented from entering the pump; The configuration of the suction and discharge pipelines of the pump should comply with the design specifications.
Shaft seal acceptance
The shaft sealing device plays a sealing role between the pump body and the pump shaft, which can prevent air from entering the pump and a large amount of water from leaking out of the pump. When using a combination of power seals, packing seals, or mechanical seals, it is necessary to ensure reliable sealing. A labyrinth gap seal is installed between the impeller and the rear guard plate to greatly reduce the leakage of slurry into the packing box.
Operation, debugging, acceptance
Trial operation status
Before starting, check the slurry pump according to the routine inspection requirements of the pump, confirm that the slurry pump pipeline is connected, the concentration bin is selected, the inlet valve is open, the selected concentrator is running, the slag discharge valve and flushing valve of the concentrator are closed, the slag discharge pump is interlocked, check that there are no debris in the slag pool, the water level is greater than 1.2m, check that the corresponding disturbance device of the slurry pump is started and normal, adjust the slurry pump frequency converter to less than 10%, start the slurry pump on DCS, and slowly adjust the frequency converter after the outlet valve is fully opened to meet the water volume of the reuse water pool. After starting normally, pay attention to the coordination of the effluent from the slurry pump and the reuse water pump, as well as the water temperature of the slag conveyor.
Parameter adjustment and stability
After manual testing and start-up trial operation, if any abnormal situations occur, it is necessary to check and adjust the corresponding parameters to confirm that the slurry pump can work normally. Adjust the parameters before conducting further testing to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Temperature and vibration
The bearing temperature during pump operation should generally not exceed 60-65 ℃, with a maximum of 75 ℃; At the same time, check the vibration of the pump body during operation, and ensure that the vibration amplitude is within the specified range to ensure smooth pump operation.
Performance index acceptance
Flow rate and head
Check whether the flow rate and head of the slurry pump under rated operating conditions meet the design requirements. The flow rate should meet the production process's demand for slurry transportation, and the head should be able to overcome factors such as pipeline resistance and lifting height.
efficiency
Evaluate the operational efficiency of the slurry pump, which should meet the design standards of the equipment. Efficient operation can reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
