1. Bearing maintenance: The water pressure and volume of the bearing should meet the regulations, and the tightness of the packing should be adjusted (or replaced) at any time. Do not cause leakage of the shaft seal, and replace the shaft sleeve in a timely manner.
2. Bearing replacement: Ensure that the bearing components are dust-free and the lubricating oil is clean. The bearing temperature during pump operation should generally not exceed 60-65 ° C, with a maximum of 75 ° C.
3. Coaxiality between motor and pump: Ensure the coaxiality between motor and pump, ensure the integrity and correctness of the elastic pad in the coupling, and replace it promptly if damaged.
4. Suction pipeline system: The suction pipeline system must be leak free, and attention should be paid to whether there is any blockage at the suction inlet during operation.
