Remove any residue inside the pump casing to ensure its cleanliness.

Use oxygen acetylene to remove impurities from the pump, while heating the pump itself and the guard plate itself.

Polish the surface of the overcurrent area and protective plate inside the pump until the original metal color is exposed.

Clean with anhydrous ethanol.

Mix the Sorey SD3000 material proportionally and evenly coat the material on the pump casing repair surface and the protective plate repair surface.

Mix the Sore SD7400 material proportionally, apply the material to the repair surface of the pump casing and the protective plate, and repeatedly scrape and press to ensure the compactness of the material.

Apply the topcoat evenly on the repair surface of the pump casing to ensure even coverage of the material.

The material has solidified and been repaired.
