1. During the rust-proof guarantee period of the centrifugal pump that is shipped from the factory, its internal parts should not be disassembled. Only the outer surface should be cleaned. When the rust-proof guarantee period has expired or there are obvious defects that require disassembly, the disassembly, cleaning and inspection should comply with the provisions of the equipment's technical documents. When there are no regulations, the following requirements should be met: the removed impeller parts should be cleaned and the impeller should not be damaged; the cooling water pipeline should be cleaned and kept smooth; it is not suitable to disassemble the foam pump of pipeline pumps and coaxial pumps.

2. The cleaning and inspection of the disassembled and shipped pump should meet the following requirements: the main parts, components and ancillary equipment of the centrifugal pump, the center splitting surface and the set parts, and the end faces of the components must not have abrasions and scratches, and the surface of the shaft must not have cracks. , crushing and other defects, the water should be removed after cleaning, and the surfaces of parts, components and equipment should be coated with lubricant and placed in the order of assembly; the vertical midsection of the pump casing should not be disassembled and cleaned.

The vertical installation horizontal deviation of an integrally installed pump should not be greater than 0.10/1000, and the horizontal installation horizontal deviation should not be greater than 0.20/1000, and measurements should be made on the inlet and outlet flange surfaces of the pump or other horizontal surfaces. The longitudinal and transverse installation horizontal deviations of the disassembled and installed pump should not be greater than 0.05/1000, and measurements should be made on the horizontal midsection, the exposed part of the shaft, and the horizontal processing surface of the base.
