Control Strategy

By automatically controlling the starting conditions, pump reversing operation, and cleaning after stopping the slurry pump, the process of slurry pump operation has been greatly simplified.
By using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen as implementation methods, signals are collected nearby to control the slurry pump, and real-time communication with the central control is possible to achieve remote control, eliminating the need for on-site operators and achieving unmanned operation of the slurry pump, saving human resources.
FEATURES
Adopting modern CAD design methods, it has excellent hydraulic performance and low wear rate; The flow channel is spacious and has good anti clogging performance. The pump can directly penetrate into the liquid, resulting in higher cleaning efficiency and concentration.
The overcurrent components are made of special materials that are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; After special treatment, the hardness is higher, the density is greater, and the product is more reliable.
In addition to the main impeller, a set of mixing wheels is added at the bottom to spray the sediment into a mixture of water and solid particles, allowing the water pump to achieve high concentration transportation without auxiliary devices.
Preparation for starting
Before starting, it is necessary to ensure that the water level in the pool exceeds the minimum pump opening requirement, check whether the power supply device is safe and reliable, and whether the voltage meets the regulations.
