High flow slurry pump
Advantages of early feeding: The high flow slurry pump has a large early feeding flow rate and low pressure, which can transport a large amount of slurry in a short period of time and quickly complete the early feeding work. The flow rate can reach 20-70m ³/h, which can meet the high demand for feed flow in coal washing plants and other scenarios.
Hydraulic and structural design: With innovative hydraulic and structural design, it has high efficiency, corrosion resistance, and stable and reliable operation. Its structure adopts axial inlet and radial outlet, which can ensure that larger sand and gravel particles enter the pump chamber and are immediately thrown out through the open impeller, reducing wear.
Self suction and anti clogging: Some high flow slurry pumps, such as ZJ horizontal slurry pumps, have good self-priming performance and can quickly establish the necessary suction vacuum during start-up to achieve self-priming operation. At the same time, special impeller and flow channel designs are adopted to improve the anti clogging ability.
Low flow slurry pump
