ⅠDescription

The series of slurry pump is characterized by its high efficiency,rational structure,high reliability,easy maintenance and lowoperation cost.It is widely applied to transport slurry containingsolid granules in coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemical indu-stry, etc. The maximum volume density for the solid mixed liq-uids: C,≤30% , and its weight density is: C.≤60%.The flow pass一age is wide, and its flow capacity is great.

Examples:

50ZS42(A): The outlet diameter is 50mm. The impellermaximum nominal diameter is 420mm. ZJ-type slurry pumpwhose impeller has been cut for the first time.

Ⅱ Application

Mines: For the feeding of ferrous and non-ferrous ore pulp and tr一ansportation of various concentrate pulp and reject pulp, etc.

Metallurgy: For the transportation of various slimes in aluminumplant (containing high-temperature slime,≤106℃) & the transpor一tation of various slurry in steel plant.

Coals: For coal exploitation and transportation of various roughandcleaned coal slurry (middlings and cleaned coals, etc) for washing.Electricity: For electrical plant to clean out and rinse dust, andtransportation of various ashes & mortars,etc.

Building Materials: For the transportation of various sand slur-ry (For instance,cement mill slime), etc.

Chemical Industry: For the transportation of various chemicalabrasive and corrosive slimes (For example: phosphate fertili-zer, potash fertilizer and so on.)

Environmenta Protection:For stack gas desulfurization and tr一ansportation of various abrasive and corrosive slimes.

Hydraulic Engineering: For the dredging of pools and waterway,and pumping of sand, grit and clays, etc.

Ⅲ Structural Illustration

1、ZJslurry pump,is horizontal,single stage , singleinhalation ,double cantil ever shell structure.See fromthe pump driven top,the pump is clockwise .Pump exportaccording to spit 45 interval spin,spin out eight differentlocation layout.Structure see chart 1.

2、Seal Specification

2.1、Packing Seal:

The pump's head H≤0.5MPa can use of packing seal,packing should be chosen wear-resisting scoured thecarbon fiber packing, with outside clean pressure bluntwater machine,cooking shaft sleeve,can prevent plasmaslag particle into the collar and packing .Extend the lifeof the packing seal.External water pressure of pump out-let pressure+0.1MPa,external water flow is 1 ~ 2m"/hours,small pump in small value,big pump take big value.

2.2、Deputy Impeller+PackingSeal

The pump head 0.4MPa≤H≤0.8MPa can use of dep-uty impeller and packing seal, packing should be chos一en wear-resisting scoured the carbon fiber packing,wi-th outside clean pressure blunt water machine,coolingshaft sleeve,can prevent plasma slag particleinto thecollar and packing.Extend the life of the packing seal.Extend water pressure is 3 times of pump outlet pressure,external water flow is 1 ~ 2m3/hours,small pump in smallvalue,big pump take big value.

2.3、Mechanical seal structure forms and instructionfor use according to figure 4 ~6.

Ⅳ The matters needing attention of series pump

1、The total head of series pump shall nor be more than1.5MPa(H≥1.5MPa should be contect with technology de-partment).

2、The last stage of pump head is not more than 0.8MPa,series pump can choose vice impeller and sealing packing ,use according to the above requirements.

3、The last stage of pump head is not more than 0.8MPa,the last stage pump must choose mechanical seal, use acc-ording to the above requirements.

4 、Series pump to the requirements to speed regulationat last stage of the pump, the initial application in pumpshould use water to commissioning.Because of the seriespump transportation pipelines are long, in the initial pump,the pipeline resistance is very small, so, in before the startof the pump export valve should be closed, then must openthe first level pump, and will be open the export gate valv一es to l/i (i series of pump series), estimates that water fullof 1/i tube, open second stage pump,and gradually openbig step-down export gate valves.In turn so on, until allare open. At this time, should adjust the export gate valvesmake the pump head and the pipeline resistance to match,so that the flow is enough with motor allowance. Water st一able operation after then gradually throw the slurry mater一ials, guarantee the motor in the rated current to operate.

Wet Part Material

Advancedcasting &heattreatment technics guarantee thewet part of little defect,highdegree of material hardness anduniform inner density.

The wet part has long servicetime,guaranteeing it of highefficiency and lowenergyconsumption during the servicetime.

Bracket

lt is horizontal split thin-oil lubricationbracket. The rotor part can be adjustedaxially,and it isconvenient to bedisassembled, maintained and adjusted.

The bearing has rational configurationand long service time. The spare watercooling system and redundancy designmethod guarantee that the bearing can beoperated under low temperature.

Non - contact seal is used betweenbearing cover andrunningpart toguarantee that there is no abrasion and oilleakage during the whole service time.

Shaft Seal

According to the actual conditions on site and slime characteristics,the most suitable seal form can be selected.

When ZJ -type pump is used single -stagedly , the combinedauxiliary impeller and packing seal form is used and only lowpressure shaft seal water or lubrication grease is needed to be fed.While ZJ-type pump is used in case of series connection,packing seal and high pressure shaft seal water are used.

As to the operating condition allowing no leakage, the assemblingmechanical seal which is convenient to be disassembled is thebest choice: for high pressure shaft seal water enters the pumpchamber for JG-type.Normally for JD-type running water is usedto wash without entering the pump chamber.There is not any washwater for JW-type.

Assembling mechanical seal operation is characterized by its highreliability,and convenient disassembly for a complete set. Thecompression amount of mechanical seal is not affected by theaxiai location of pump rotor part.

For the double-end mechanical seal, it draws high - pressure clearwater externally without entering the pump housing, in which casethe liquid shall not be in contact with the mechanical seal so as toprolong greatly the service time for the mechanical seal.
