The G (or GH) sand and gravel pump series has been introduced from the Australian company WARMAN. Mainly used for continuous transportation of strong abrasive materials that cannot be transported by general slurry pumps due to their large particle size. Suitable for dredging with dredgers, dredging waterways, mining, and conveying metal smelting slag. The GH type is a high head gravel pump.

The pump adopts a single pump casing structure connected by a cartridge, with a wide flow passage. Its overcurrent components are made of wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high chromium. The outlet direction of the pump can be at any position of 360 °, which has the advantages of easy installation and use, good cavitation performance, and resistance to abrasion.

Sealing form

1. Packing seal: used for suction or backflow state. The pressure of the shaft seal water should be 35Kpa higher than the pump outlet pressure, and the water volume of the shaft seal should be (see table).

2. Auxiliary impeller seal: Generally used in the backflow state, the backflow head does not exceed 10% of the total pump head, and the shaft power will increase by about 5%.
